Investor Services Hours
- Investor Services is open all trading days from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT).
- Investor Services closes at 3:30 p.m. (CT) every Monday for training purposes, but maintains regular hours on Mondays following Expiration.
Investor Services Role
The functions of Investor Services include:
- Answering all options-related questions.
- Responding to complex strategic and operational questions for specific options trades and strategies.
- Taking registrations for OIC-sponsored seminars and webcasts.
- Fulfilling requests for The Options Industry Council (OIC), OCC and Exchange-specific materials which include various software, books and brochures.
