Booking Flights: To be able to use the discount, all travel must be booked online. All flights in a reservation must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount.
If only one direction of travel is valid, please book your valid flight as a one way trip using the promotional code and the other segment as a one way trip without the code.
Any city whether: direct, nonstop or, connecting can be used to get to the prearranged destination cities.
Flight Dates: Any flight can be chosen as long as it arrives at the destination no more than two days before the start of the convention and departs no more than two days after the end of the convention.
Changes: Any changes to an itinerary booked with a promotional code will be subject to a change fee, any applicable increase in airfare, and it will also result in the removal of the discount.
Cancellations: Booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Directions
From Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport:
- Approximately 17 miles, estimated drive time 20 minutes
- Exit airport taking I-595 West approximately 15 miles to Exit 1A (136th Avenue/State Road 84)
- Proceed straight, West on State Road 84 approximately 2.5 miles (through light at Weston Road) to Bonaventure Blvd.
- Turn left onto Bonaventure Blvd., beneath expressway and through stop light, about 1/10 mile to Racquet Club Road.
- Turn right onto Racquet Club and proceed 1/3 mile to hotel entrance on your left.
From Miami International Airport:
- Approximately 36 miles, estimated drive time 40 minutes
- Exit airport and take 836 West (Dolphin Expressway) approximately 4 miles to 826 North (Palmetto Expressway).
- Take 826 North approximately 10 miles to I-75 North.
- Take I-75 North to Royal Palm Blvd. (old Arvida Parkway), Exit 15.
- Go West on Royal Palm Blvd. (old Arvida Parkway) to 3rd traffic light, Bonaventure Blvd.
- Turn right on Bonaventure Blvd and proceed North approximately 2 miles through 4 intersections to Racquet Club Road.
- Turn left onto Racquet Club Road and proceed 1/3 mile to hotel entrance on your left.
