The Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center and Spa is the site of the 27th Annual Options Industry Conference, offering critical industry content in a casual setting. Rooms and Reservations
Reservations at Hyatt Regency Bonaventure under the OIC 2009 room block may only be made as part of the conference registration process. Hyatt Regency Bonaventure will not accept reservations directly for the group block.
Conference Rates:
$289 - Deluxe King, Deluxe 2 Doubles, and Executive 2
Doubles with single/double occupancy.
$419 - One Bedroom Suite with single/double occupancy.
(Additional $25 fee per person above double occupancy, maximum 4 guests per room.)
Hotel Room Registration Process:
- Hotel Room Reservations at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure may only be made via the conference website as part of the conference registration process; after conference registration has been submitted, a special website link will be provided to book a room under the conference room block.
- Hyatt Regency Bonaventure will not accept any reservation requests made to them directly for the conference room block.
- Should you have a special request or need additional assistance, please contact BOX at OIC2009@bostonoptions.com.
- Hotel Room Reservations at Hyatt Regency Bonaventure require one night's lodging at the conference rate of $289 as a deposit, charged directly to your credit card at time of booking.
Hotel Room Changes and Cancellations:
- Hotel room reservation change and/or cancellation requests may be made directly with the hotel without penalty through March 31, 2009. Deposits will not be refunded for room cancellation requests made after March 31, 2009. After March 31, 2009 hotel room reservation change and/or cancellation requests must be submitted via email to OIC2009@bostonoptions.com.
