Conference Registration Policies, Pricing, and Check Payments:
- All credit card transactions will appear on your statement as "Options Clearing Corporation".
- All registration cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee and will be accepted until April 15, 2008. After April 15, conference, guest and golf registration fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for more information.
- Guest registrant designation is for social guests attending in a non-business capacity.
- All registrants, including guests, will be required to present conference credentials at all functions.
- Hotel reservations at Green Valley Ranch may not be made directly with the hotel. Please see important Hotel Reservations / Changes / Cancellation Policy below.
- Conference attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
- If you are an international registrant, please email OIC2008info@cboe.com. Our online system is not configured for international addresses or credit cards. You will be contacted within 48 hours and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Registration REFUND POLICY
All cancellations and requests for conference registration refunds, registered by Credit Card, must be processed through the www.optionsconference.com web site. Cancellations and requests for refunds, processed by Check, must be submitted via email to OIC2008info@cboe.com. All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted by the dates specified below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Check cancellation requests must be received via email to the address above and credit card cancellation requests must be processed by the following dates:
On or before April 15, 2008:
Full refund minus a $150.00 processing fee
After April 15, 2008:
No refunds will be provided

Hotel Reservation / Changes / Cancellation Policy:
- Hotel reservations at Green Valley Ranch must be made via the conference website or by contacting CBOE at OIC2008info@cboe.com (special requests only). Green Valley Ranch WILL NOT accept any reservation requests made to them directly for the conference room block.
- Hotel reservations at Green Valley Ranch will require one night’s lodging at the conference rate of $299 as deposit, charged directly to your credit card at time of booking.
- Hotel reservation change or cancellation requests may not be made directly with Green Valley Ranch but must be submitted via email to: OIC2008info@cboe.com. We will make every effort to honor change requests. Hotel reservation cancellations may be made without penalty up to March 30, 2008. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellation requests made after March 30, 2008.
